I grew up eating a ton of kim bap. Some may call this gim bap, but I don't understand why you'd write "kim" with a G instead of a K. Do you know any Korean named Kim who writes Kim with a G?Kim Bap can be confused for Japanese sushi. I like to think of Kim Bap as Korean sushi, but without fish. It may include fish, but it often doesn't have any fish. It takes a lot of time to make Kim Bap, but it's a great picnic food and you can really be creative with it.
